How to return a product to us

We strive for your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned for any reason no questions asked within 30 days of your receipt. You can return or exchange your item(s) by mail or visit our store location. Please note their are exceptions to the return policy. Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Footwear must be clean and in original condition. Please try on your shoes on a clean, dry surface to avoid discoloration to the white soles. All items are subject to inspection upon return. Items should be in original condition with all tags and labels as shipped. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Unless, their is a defect by the manufacturer upon arrival. When mailing please provide receipt(s) and use the return shipping information we provide. Do not use the product box as a shipping container. Ship via insured mail or carrier. If you would like to make an exchange, please refer to the sizing charts to assure proper fit and note "exchange" on the return label.  Effective 9/1/11...A 20% restocking fee will apply to any returned items.
